Stortz cutter has a heavy duty replaceable hole punch on the handle. Improved! Now with fortified handle where you hit it with a hammer to punch your slates. You can mount this cutter on a board if you want to.
Stortz heat-treated cutting blade also cuts asbestos and mineral fiber shingles (not suitable for ceramic tiles). This cutter also includes side angles that bolt to either side of the blade to support the slates as they are being cut. The angle supports are optional to use - some roofers want them, some don't.
