If you are going to have one cutter, buy this one. This is a great all-around slate cutter based on an improved version of the old classic Pearson design.

# Features: Flared Base, Improved Durability, New Punch Location Ability to put flared base in tool belt allows for extra convenience when cutting on the roof.
# The tough, heat treated blade is removable and can be reordered, as can the punch.
# Curved blade gives excellent "bite" on the toughest slate varieties up to 3/8" thick.
# Especially adept at cutting smaller pieces to be fitted around chimney or valley of roof.
# For greater stability, two pieces of angle iron can be fitted to the bottom section by means of predrilled screw holes, at the option of user. The angle iron is included with purchase.

The SLATE ROOF WAREHOUSE now carries a complete line of COPPER DRIP EDGES (look under the "flashing" category)!

We have 16 ounce copper roof edges for all types of roofs, including DRIP EDGES WITH BUILT-IN CANTS for slate roofs, copper VENTILATED DRIP EDGES, several varieties of copper SLAG STOP, copper OVERHANGING DRIP EDGE, and eighteen varieties of copper roof edgings in all.

Most of these drip edges are manufactured by Berger Brothers and are sold in 10' lengths in carton lots. Customers must be able to accept tractor trailer deliveries, but this is a good way to buy copper roof edgings in bulk and save money. We also sell two types of copper drip edges manufactured by the Slate Roof Warehouse which are shipped via UPS in 8' lengths and sold by the piece.
