The traditional (and hard to find) German-made right-hand slate hammer with the beveled shank for cutting roof slate on site. Forged of high quality tool steel and made to the most exacting standards throughout. Point, claw and hammer face are specially heat treated to withstand tough use. The claw at center is made for pulling nails without damaging installed slate. The beveled edge at top of midsection is used for trimming slate. An all-leather handle is featured.

Head Face 3/4" X 7/8", 12.75” long, 8.5" head

Use this hammer with a slaters stake when cutting slate.

The SLATE ROOF WAREHOUSE now carries a complete line of COPPER DRIP EDGES (look under the "flashing" category)!

We have 16 ounce copper roof edges for all types of roofs, including DRIP EDGES WITH BUILT-IN CANTS for slate roofs, copper VENTILATED DRIP EDGES, several varieties of copper SLAG STOP, copper OVERHANGING DRIP EDGE, and eighteen varieties of copper roof edgings in all.

Most of these drip edges are manufactured by Berger Brothers and are sold in 10' lengths in carton lots. Customers must be able to accept tractor trailer deliveries, but this is a good way to buy copper roof edgings in bulk and save money. We also sell two types of copper drip edges manufactured by the Slate Roof Warehouse which are shipped via UPS in 8' lengths and sold by the piece.
